Abstract
症例は64歳女性。家族に消化器癌が多いため，上部・下部消化管内視鏡検査を希望され来院された。大腸内視鏡検査で盲腸にアニサキス虫体を認め摘出した。虫体発見より3日前に寿司を摂取していた。大腸アニサキス症は腹痛，下痢などの症状が出現することが多く，無症状で発見されることは稀である。
