Abstract
歯科医院に来院する患者の7 割以上が，顎関節雑音，開口障害，咀嚼筋や顎関節部の疼痛などの顎関節症状があり，クレンチングや歯ぎしりの症状が内包されていることが多い．この点に関しては我々歯科医師は避けて通ることができない．顎関節症の病態分類の，顎関節症円板障害（III 型）のIII a 復位性，III b 非復位性についての論文や症例報告では，関節円板復位や転位の改善は難しいと言われている．そこで，我々はそれについてMRI で検証した結果，関節円板の復位や転位の改善が多数例認められた．今回特に左側III a, 右側III b の関節円板が両側とも復位した1 症例について供覧したい．咬合を変えることによりアンテリアガイダンスやラテラルガイダンスが変化し，前方転位していた関節円板が復位して，その後も正常に機能していることが確認できた．【顎咬合誌 40（3）:274- 282，2020】
