Abstract

Anomalous coronary artery origins are not that common in the routine clinical practice. The incidence of coronary anomalies in patients undergoing coronary angiography varies from 0.64% to 1.3%. They are considered to be high-risk group. Its manifestations vary from asymptomatic to sudden cardiac death. We are presenting a case of Anomalous origin of left coronary artery from right coronary sinus, which was found incidentally during coronary angiography, along with left main coronary artery disease, anterior descending and circumflex artery, for which angioplasty has been performed.
