Abstract
Cystic fibrosis is one of the most common genetic diseases characterized by lesions of the exocrine glands of vital organs. There is a disturbance of ion transport and secretion is changing in electrolyte composition of target organs (bronchi, pancreas, intestines, etc.). This leads to a number of pathological conditions and their complications, including malabsorption syndrome, meconium ileus, distal intestinal obstruction syndrome, cholestasis, diseases of the respiratory tract, protein-energy deficiency. Abdominal pain is one of the most common complaints of patients with cystic fibrosis, which can mask a number of pathological conditions, including appendicitis, which is usually characterized by atypical course and it is difficult to diagnose.

Summary
Біль у животі є однією з найчастіших скарг пацієнтів, хворих на муковісцидоз, яка може маскувати низку патологічних станів, зокрема апендицит, який зазвичай характеризується нетиповим перебігом і ускладнює діагностику. Ключові слова: муковісцидоз, апендицит, абдомінальний синдром, синдромом дистальної інтестинальної обструкції. Однією з найчастіших скарг пацієнтів із МВ є біль у животі, який може свідчити про гострий апендицит. Такі випадки у хворих на МВ трапляються набагато рідше (1-2 %), ніж у загальній популяції (7 %), де причиною є пізня діагностика та розвиток ускладнень.
