Abstract
二甲双胍致肝功能损伤较少见。本文报道1例老年新发糖尿病患者口服二甲双胍缓释片（500 mg/d）治疗2个月后出现乏力、厌食、恶心等症状，伴血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶水平升高，排除恶性肿瘤、病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝病，诊断为口服二甲双胍缓释片致急性药物性肝损伤。停药后症状消失，肝功能恢复正常。
