Abstract
下咽异物是耳鼻喉科常见疾病，由于该区域的解剖结构比较隐蔽，可能存在因咽腔狭窄暴露不佳而漏诊的情况。因异物留存时间过长导致的各类并发症临床文献时有报道，由于下咽梨状窝区域异物造成的急性颈段硬脊膜外感染病例临床上罕有报道。本例患者异物取出后1周出现了对侧的颈部疼痛、活动时加重，早期症状不典型，病情进展后出现颈部疼痛及感染症状持续加重，颈部增强CT及MRI检查明确了感染的部位及罕见病因，经过积极的抗感染治疗，患者痊愈。1个月后随访，患者状态良好。.
