Abstract

The primary pulmonary tumors are very rare in childhood. The most frequent form of lung tumor in childhood includes carcinoid, plasma cell granuloma or mucoepidermoid carcinoma. We present an adenocarcinoma in situ (formerly known as a bronchioloalveolar carcinoma) which is a rare form of primary pulmonary tumor in childhood.
