Abstract

The LiNiVO 4 has been prepared using solution-based chemical method. Dielectric and a.c. conductivity properties are studied using complex impedance spectroscopy (CIS) technique. Frequency dependence of dielectric constant ( ε r) and tangent loss (tan δ) at room temperature indicates a dispersive behavior at low frequencies. The variation of a.c. conductivity ( σ ac) with frequency at different temperatures obeys the Jonscher's universal power law.
