Abstract

Views: Commentary 1103 A diverse society and the inclusion of underrepresented groups in everything we do should be important to each and every one of us. Embracing diversity and promoting inclusion are part of our social fabric. When we welcome everyone to the table, we are fulfilling our social responsibility. We are living by The Golden Rule of doing unto others as we would have them do unto us. But there is more to it. Embracing diversity also produces tangible results for the business of veterinary medicine.
