Abstract

A built-in liquid cooling system for a CO2 laser with a reciprocating motion of the heat carrier is proposed. Experimental data demonstrating the efficiency of the suggested method of heat removal are presented. The developed cooling system provides reliable operation at any spatial orientation and, due to its airtightness, at high altitudes under rarefaction conditions.
