Abstract
A Brief Update: Current activities at the Canadian Thoracic Society
Highlights
My term as Canadian Thoracic Society (CTS) President would have ended this past October, in conjunction with the CTS Annual General Meeting (AGM), which had traditionally been held during the CHEST Conference
Since we have decided to hold future AGMs in Canada in conjunction with the Canadian Respiratory Conference (CRC), my tenure has been extended until April 2012
This change presented me with an opportunity to revisit the work that the CTS performs, and update our members on some of the new and exciting initiatives
