A brief introduction to the contributions of Gertrude and Rubin Blanck, with special attention to social work ethics and values

Abstract

In an effort to continue to describe the interconnections of social work and psychoanalysis and in honor of Gertrude and Rubin Blanck, the introductory paper focuses on a few of their many unique contributions to theory and practice, and reflects aspects of the social work code of ethics and values.
