A Blueprint for Deepening Reform of the Urban Housing System

Abstract

This chapter puts forward the general concept of deepening the reform of the urban housing system from its goals, principles, and approaches. It points out the basic framework of the target model of the urban housing reform from 6 aspects and illustrates the basic principles for reform of the housing system. It discusses the ways of reforming the housing system. In the end, it also gives some policy recommendations on the current reform of the housing system.
