Abstract

Intro Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) is an ANCA positive vasculitis affecting small and medium blood vessels. GPA can present during any age, most commonly occurring in older adults. It is well known to cause granulomatous inflammation in any organ system, however, a pediatric patient with GPA having ophthalmological symptoms as the initial complaint has never been reported.
