Abstract

This paper presents a bi-level programming model for a bi-objective multi-depot location-routing problem in urban emergency system. The problem is decomposed into two levels: the above objective is to maximize the total time satisfaction served and the second objective is to minimize the total cost, including the fixed and variable cost of the facilities and variable delivery cost. The improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem. The computational results show that the proposed model for location-routing problem is valid.
