Abstract

Background: Premature infants with respiratory distress are at increased risk for CO2 fluctuations. The subsequent changes in cerebral blood flow and cerebral vasoreactivity have not been studied. Objective: To examine CO2 cerebral vasoreactivity in a cohort of premature infants and identify factors that influence this reactivity.
