Abstract

The Chinese milk scandal in 2008 has revealed a serious quality measurement problem in inter-organizational collaboration. In this paper, a belief-desire-intention based logic model is presented to analyse the cheating behaviour in the quality control of dairy products. This model is expected to provide an innovative approach for quality problem detection, and provide researchers and practitioners with logic framework for decision making in inter-organizational collaboration quality management.
