Abstract
In 1966 Lacan inserted a footnote in his text called On a question preliminary to any possible treatment of psychosis. This note proposed to delimit the field of reality to Schema R thereby converting it into a Mobius strip. Therein the dimension of time is introduced to unconscious fantasy. The present article aims at analyzing the use of topology in the strategy of formalization of the psychoanalytical experience posited by Lacan.
