Abstract

The article deals with the problem of discrimination in the workplace. The definition of discrimination in the provisions of the Polish Labor Code, its types and the possibility of obtaining compensation are presented. The author summarizes the changes in the new provisions on discrimination issues in the workplace that have been included in the Labor Code. The study contains rulings of the Supreme Court and labor law doctrines.
