Abstract

<p>Mrs. R is a 71-year-old woman who is retired and lives with her 75-year-old husband. She is a mother of two daughters and grandmother of five grandchildren. Mrs. R is of Irish descent and immigrated to the United States with her parents and younger brother in her late teenage years. She was a student with great ability at school and graduated college. She worked as an English teacher and fulfilled her interest in music.
