Abstract
A rail-to-rail input & output, fully differential bulk-driven operational amplifier is presented for ultra-low-power wireless IoT sensors. By using bulk-driven low-impedance compensation technique, stability and drive efficiency have been greatly improved in ultra-low supply and large load applications. The effectiveness of the circuit has been verified in a 65nm CMOS process. The proposed three-stage amplifier has over 75.04dB gain, 22..16kHz gain bandwidth, and 68.6° phase margin while consuming only 10.01nW power, and occupying die area of 0.00076mm2 from a 0.3V supply while driving a 100pF load.
