Abstract
11歳，不妊済雌，バフ色のアメリカン・コッカー・スパニエルが体幹背側面にロウ様角質片が集積する脂漏症を主訴に来院した．組織検査において正常角化性角化亢進症と軽度ないし中程度の真皮浅層性皮膚炎を認めた．角質にはマラセチア様構造物が散見された．中程度の炎症巣では混合性炎症であったが，軽度の炎症巣では表皮基底層と毛包外根鞘にTリンパ球が不規則な幅で一列に観察された．症例はビタミンAの処方開始2カ月目から角質片が減少し，その後，完全に消失した．
