Abstract
目的：研究小儿常见鼠药中毒的临床特点，提高对本病的认识。方法：回顾性分析我院98例鼠药中毒患儿的临床表现、救治方法及治疗效果。结果：92例抢救成功，6例死亡。结论：对鼠药中毒的救治重在预防。早期诊断，早期治疗，防止并发症能够降低致死率。 Objective: We study the clinical characteristics of the common rat poison poisoning in children, in order to improve the understanding of this disease. Methods: We retrospectively analysed the clinical manifestations, treatment methods and treatment effect of the 98 cases of rat poison poisoning children in our hospital. Results: 92 cases were rescued successfully, and six died. Conclusion: The most important measure to rescue rat poison poisoning patients is focusing on prevention. Early diagnosis, early treatment and preventing complications can reduce fatality rate.
