Abstract

Substantial sleep and wake changes occur during adolescence, which are linked to increased physical and mental health risk. This study examined whether a transdiagnostic sleep intervention can improve sleep, eveningness (later sleep timing), and health among “at-risk” youth. Moderators of treatment response were also tested.
