Abstract
In this paper, measurement and analysis of the performance of human visual sensory have been studied by the psychophysical experiments of evaluation human skill for detection ability. From the results of the experiments, the determination method for human skill or sensory is proposed by psychometric curve for single attribute and correlation analysis for dual attributed. A new trial is also examined for the determination of the level of threshold used by automatic visual inspection as an application to contribute an intelligent visual inspection system
