Abstract
Congenital duodenal webs are a rare cause of gastrointestinal dysfunction in infants and children. The traditional approach to treatment has been surgical intervention, by way of excision or bypass. We present a case of successful endoscopic management of a congenital duodenal web in an 8 year old girl who presents with a duodenal obstruction.
