Abstract
反転露光域を決めることによって, サブトラクションフィルムの最適露光時間が得られた.SRX-1001 60秒処理で従来とほぼ同等の画像が得られ, 検査時間内での処理が可能になった.しかし, 露光時間が長くサブトラクター光源等の検討を要する.今後迅速処理用フィルムの開発が望まれる.最後に, 本研究に御協力して下さったコニカ株式会社に深く感謝致します.
