9: Pelvic Floor Reconstruction Employing PROLIFT in High Risk Surgical Patients Using Pudendal Nerve Blockade With Intravenous Sedation

Abstract

To propose use of bilateral pudendal nerve blockade in the surgical repair of advanced pelvic organ prolapse in elderly patients who have failed conservative management and have co-morbidities excluding them from receiving general or spinal anesthesia.
