W ED N ES D A Y: S cintific S esions Conclusion: Radiation segmentectomy is an effective technique with a favorable risk profile for solitary HCC lesions below 5cm. This approach may allow for treatment of challenging intrahepatic lesion sites, without percutaneous transhepatic approach. This is a strong alternative to conventional ablative therapy from the bridge-to-transplantation perspective.
