Abstract

<h3>Study Objective</h3> To demonstrate key steps to laparoscopic resection of a rudimentary horn. <h3>Design</h3> A case report. <h3>Setting</h3> A tertiary care teaching hospital. <h3>Patients or Participants</h3> The case is based on a 14-year-old, gravida zero, with a non-communicating rudimentary horn and unicornuate uterus. <h3>Interventions</h3> The video demonstrates pre-operative imaging, highlights key anatomy, and teaches techniques to laparoscopic resection of the horn with oversewing of the defect. <h3>Measurements and Main Results</h3> Safe and efficient laparoscopic non-communicating uterine horn removal. <h3>Conclusion</h3> Laparoscopic uterine horn removal can be a safe and efficient outpatient procedure.
