Abstract

Identification of important gene-environment (GxE) interactions is necessary to advance prevention and treatment efforts for spontaneous preterm birth (sPTB). Complicating this search is the challenge of identifying meaningful interactions in highly dimensional datasets. We report a novel method of testing GxE interactions to document risk association in sPTB.
