Abstract

<h3>Study Objective</h3> Resumption of Menstruation in patients with Total amenorrhea with Global Asherman's Syndrome following Hysteroscopic surgery. <h3>Design</h3> Prospective. <h3>Setting</h3> Private Hospital. <h3>Patients or Participants</h3> Patients who present with Total amenorrhea following traumatic IU adhesions or Infective adhesions. <h3>Interventions</h3> Operative Hysteroscopy without use of energy. <h3>Measurements and Main Results</h3> Resumption of menstruation achieved in 86% of the patient population presenting with total amenorrhea. <h3>Conclusion</h3> Hysteroscopic adhesiolysis without use of energy is a feasible and effective option in patients with Severe Intra-Uterine adhesions.
