Abstract
The stationary measurements of air temperature were performed an instrument screens of elementary school with Sakai, Osaka and Hirakata. The urban climate map of air temperature in Sakai area were drawn up on the basis of the stationary measurement data. The measurement period is the summer and the winter from 2002 to 2004. As a result, the heat island phenomenon was appeared, and the air temperature difference between suburbs and urban center area was 6℃ in maximum in the early morning in winter.
