Abstract

Adenosine administered after pulmonary vein (PV) isolation (PVI) can unmask dormant PV conduction. Corticosteroids may limit tissue injury due to edema and inflammation and either facilitate the identification of PVs at risk of reconnection or increase chances of recovery from RF application. Here, we evaluated the impact of IV corticosteroids on dormant PV conduction.
