Abstract

Electrospinning and a fine‐pitch groove structure are used to align semiconductor quantum rods (QRs). Embedding the QRs in an electrospun polymer nanofiber sheet yields polarized fluorescence emission. The fine‐pitch groove structure results in QRs aligned parallel to the grooves.
