Abstract
Patients listed for transplantation (Tx) have a calculated panel reactive antibody (CPRA) that is derived from the HLA antibody (Ab) specificities present in their sera. Unacceptable antigen (UAg) identification is done by testing undiluted sera. However, titration studies have shown some UAgs to be eliminated at a 1:16 titer suggesting a potentially irrelevant specificity.
