Abstract

Women with a prior spontaneous preterm birth (PSPTB) are considered to be at high risk for recurrent preterm birth. We investigated whether cervical length (CL) and details of their PSPTB could stratify women into risk groups and identify a subgroup at low risk for recurrent preterm birth.
