Abstract
As demands for display uniformity at very low luminance are increasing, the importance of accurate JND and JNCD as display quality standard is growing. Perceptional experiments to find out JND and JNCD at a very low luminance level were carried out and the color and luminance difference values at which 50% of people noticed were obtained, which were not accessible in the past.
