Abstract
Intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) is independently associated with increased risk of acidemia and adverse neonatal outcomes, but their EFM patterns are interpreted with the same standard as appropriately grown (AGA) infants. We aimed to estimate the attributable risk (AR) of IUGR to differences in EFM patterns, and their relationship to adverse neonatal outcomes.
