Abstract
Primary cutaneous Secretory Carcinoma (PCSC) is a rare adnexal carcinoma with ETV6 gene re-arrangement, of low-grade malignancy. This is the first case reported in the literature of PCSC of the chin. We report the patient’s presentation, diagnosis and management.
