Abstract

An in-depth look at the issue of water and its related crises shows that most of the issues that have arisen in this area have been caused by incorrect, unprofessional and hasty policies. Water and water resources are one of the most important issues in the world. The importance of water today will increase due to the growing population and the consequent increase in the water needs of communities in various sectors. However, the management of water resources and the correct way to use water resources should be reviewed with more sensitivity and accuracy than before. Certainly, if only the government is the only actor in the blue debate, it will not have the desired result. For this reason, it requires the full participation of the government, the people, and various institutions and organizations. The water crisis in the world has become a very serious crisis, and every day this crisis has deepened and worsened, and it is likely that future wars will be over water. This chapter examines the structure of water resources management, whether the existing structure with effective factors such as policy-making, public awareness, recognition of stakeholders at the native level, etc., in the form of water governance can be a better result in management. Have water resources or not? The results of the evaluations showed that the water governance system was not in a good position in terms of the two components of coherence and scope, and also that governance would not improve if stakeholders did not interfere in policies and disregard for local governance.
