One of the primary units of analysis of the Research Domain Criteria (RDoC) framework is the circuit-level description of the various domains of function. Our goal was to demonstrate the use of resting-state functional connectivity (rsFC) and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) in ASD to better understand the neurocircuitry involved in the social cognition domain.
