Abstract
The mass production and commercialized application of foldable AMOLED display greatly depends on the lifetime of folding cycles, reliability on anti‐scratch and impact resistance. The folding cycle, surface hardness and ball/pen drop tests were studied on a 7.2 inch foldable AMOLED display module with touch sensor and thin circular polarizer. After 200k times folding cycle test, the module shows good reliability and the destructive testing failure modes were also discussed.
