Abstract
Early primary graft dysfunction (PGD) (<7 days) requiring mechanical support (MS) is associated with poor outcomes. Depending on the degree of allograft involvement, right or biventricular dysfunction and associated hypoxemia, different types of MS are considered. We evaluate the outcomes in this population and the influence of the type of MS used.
