Abstract
Introduction and aims of the study: Sentinel lymph node dissection (SLND) is an alternative procedure in surgical staging of patients with intermediate risk endometrial cancer. Data about use of this technique in patients with high-intermediate risk endometrial cancer and serious comorbidity is insufficient. Methods: The retrospective study included 24 patients with high intermediate risk endometrial cancer (endometrioid adenocarcinoma FIGO stage IA, grade 3 (n=15) and stage IA, grade 1-2, LVSI+ (n=9).
