Abstract
Fatherhood in Korea has evolved over time. Knowing its cultural contexts may help mental health clinicians to better understand Korean father-child relationships. The objectives of this presentation are to: 1) discuss the evolving role of fathers in Korea and its historical background; 2) understand factors associated with positive father-child bonding in Korea; and 3) learn how to support the father-child bonding in Korean immigrant households.
