Abstract
Intrapartum management guidelines based on fetal heart rate pattern (FHR) classification was proposed by Japan Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology (JSOG) in April 2010, in which a 5-tire system was adapted instead of ACOG's 3-tier system. The aim is to validate this 5-tier classification by comparing FHR level to degree of acidemia.
