Abstract

In this presentation, attendees will learn practical approaches to assess and/or improve the quality of psychodynamic supervision within child and adolescent psychiatry residency training programs. Attendees will also identify potential barriers to providing psychodynamic supervision in child and adolescent psychiatry training programs and engage in a discussion about creative solutions to remove these barriers.
