Abstract
AbstractDisplay flicker is an old problem with renewed importance in modern displays. Current metrics of display flicker are overly complicated and do not report the visibility of the artifact in just‐noticeable differences (JNDs). We propose a new perceptual metric ‐ flicker visibility ‐ measured in JNDs.
