Abstract
This presentation will discuss how one children’s hospital chose to utilize the Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) system as a trauma-informed crisis prevention and management program on their inpatient units and throughout the hospital, as well as the creation of a peer support program (YOU Matter) that provides guidance after potentially traumatic workplace situations.
